My personal journey in fitness has been a rocky ride. I’ve overtrained, starved myself only to overeat, give up then try to jump back in without meeting myself where I’m at. Insert hitting rock bottom after fighting through 2 miscarriages, a divorce, perfectionism and people-pleasing through extreme exercise and alcohol + food abuse.
But I did get it figured out. There is such thing as balance and it is unique to each person. However, even though we are all different, I can help you all find YOUR balance using the 4 Ms.
I no longer need to exercise for hours and hours to feel good about myself. I don’t punish myself by not eating. I don’t reward myself by overindulging. I’ve learned to prioritize what I need to do for me without worrying about being perfect or pleasing others.
We all know a strong mindset, consistent movement, moderation and a momentum shift are important. This isn’t news. But we are constantly inundated by quick fixes that seem so appealing but never stick. TrailblazeHER is nothing like these other programs.
We also know that our lives get so busy with EVERYTHING. So what do we do?
When we want to fit everything into our day especially when it comes to running and strength training, some days things will have to be on the shorter side for us to get consistent (remember, we want those sustainable habits). Workouts need to be intense enough and fit into a busy schedule so that we can also have a life.
I’ve created this course for what I believe strikes a balance with all of those things: time-sensitive and also effective for getting the results YOU want.

Moderation: Striking the right balance between training and recovery, nourishing their bodies with proper nutrition while maintaining a positive mindset that empowers them to push through challenges and stay focused on their goals.
Momentum: Riding a wave of determination and progress, fueled by a growth and abundant mindset, consistent movement, and balanced moderation. It’s that unstoppable force gained from pushing limits, nourishing the body, and staying focused, driving you forward with each small step.

This program was born because of hearing these things on repeat:
I hate this for women! I have had to learn the hard way how to make the time for myself and set those boundaries. I’ve also had to fight perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-sabotage AND comparisonitis. What changed? Insert the 4 M’s blueprint.
My blueprint will get you results while falling in love with routine and consistency. It’s the so-called “boring” you will start to embrace because you will realize over these 6 weeks, that’s where the change happens. You can make time for yourself. You can have more energy. You can do the activities you love for a lifetime.
FAQs
What is expected of me?
This program is to help you learn how the 4 M’s will help you keep showing up for yourself and not have to start all over…again. In order to make this work you will need to make the effort to make the change. Take ownership in your time to do the workouts, learn to choose proper food options and show up to the live sessions or watch the recordings. Engage, ask questions or ask for help when faced with challenges. That’s why we have live time together and the Facebook group.
What equipment do I need?
If you do not have a gym membership, you will need access to a yoga mat, a variety for dumbbells and/or kettlebells, squat rack, barbell, power bands and mini bands. If you do not have ALL of the above equipment, I will provide modifications or a replacement exercise.
What is the format of the workouts?
All workouts are delivered via easy to follow pdfs with accompanying video tutorials for every workout with extensive verbal cues.
How long will I have access to the workouts?
For life!
How is TrailblazeHER different?
I’m not promising massive weight loss or muscle gain in these 6 weeks together. But I am setting you up to fall in love with the process and make those small changes so you can keep doing the active things you LOVE for life. So many programs offer quick fixes but they aren’t permanent. I’m offering this Intro to the 4 Ms of Transformation so you will have the tools to build sustainable habits. On top of that, you will walk away with strength and mobility workouts that you will ALWAYS have access to as well as a running plan to make sure you stay on track (and know how to make adjustments for our busy lives).
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, If you decide by day 7 of the program that you are not satisfied you can receive a refund.
What if I miss or can’t make the live call?
All calls will be recorded and posted to the portal as quickly as possible. If you have a question that wasn’t answered in any of the recordings, please post the question in the Facebook group or send me a Facebook message.
